The restoration of the set of buildings has been carried out with the uttermost respect for the original architectural features. It included a manor surrounded by a group of smaller farmhouses where the products of the land, such as oil, grapes, and wheat were collected and processed. Original building materials have been cleverly restored and reused thus combining the typical atmosphere of a traditional agricultural settlement with state-of-the-art facilities suited to the needs of the times. The original buildings date back to 1860 but the hotel now comprises a total of 12 guest rooms spread across 2 storeys. The establishment is fully air-conditioned and guests are welcomed into a lobby. There is a restaurant and conference facilities on site, and room and laundry services are available for a fee. Guests arriving by car can leave their vehicles in the nearby car park/garage (fees may apply). Those wishing to explore the local surroundings can hire bikes from reception. The elegant and charming hotel has wide double rooms equipped with a private bathroom with a bathtub, shower and hairdryer. Further in-room amenities include a minibar, satellite TV, safe, telephone, ADSL Internet access and individually regulated air conditioning and heating. Other facilities include a washing machine, ironing set and a terrace. Guests can take a refreshing dip in the hotel's outdoor swimming pool or can relax on the sun terrace where sun loungers and parasols have been laid out for guests' use. A poolside snack bar is on hand to provide convenient refreshments for a fee, and there is also a massage service (fees apply). Guests can go biking, and an entertainment programme is available for adults for a fee. Designed to meet the different needs of the customers, be it an elegant and refined dinner to celebrate a special occasion or a light meal in a homely and cosy environment, the food selection offers recipes that are colourful and tasty, prepared according to local cooking traditions and seasoned with a touch of originality. Depending on the season, guests can sample the different flavours of the land, complemented by a selection of wines from the cellar. If guests wish to discover the secrets of the most traditional recipes, they can arrange cookery courses with the hotel. A buffet is served each morning for breakfast in the hotel breakfast room, and lunch and dinner can be enjoyed from the set and à la carte menus. Reception hours are from 7.00 am to 00.30 am. The hotel's apartments do not have air conditioning but do feature ceiling fans.
